Terms of Use

Atlas ("Atlas," "we," "us") is a product of Roi Tech LLC, currently offered in private, early-access development. These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you (the "owner") and Roi Tech LLC.

01Early access

Atlas is provided on an early-access basis. Features may change, break, or be removed, and availability is not guaranteed. Atlas is provisioned as a separate, single-owner installation and is intended for use by that one authorized owner.

02Your accounts and connections

Atlas works by connecting, at your direction, to third-party services you authorize (such as calendar, email, messaging, contacts, and connected devices). You represent that you have the right to connect those accounts and to authorize Atlas to access and act within them. Your use of each connected service remains subject to that service's own terms.

02bActions taken on your behalf

Atlas can take actions for you — sending messages, booking reservations, placing calls, updating your calendar, controlling connected devices, and similar. Consequential actions are gated behind your approval. You are responsible for the requests you make and the actions you approve. You agree to review actions that require approval before confirming them.

03Acceptable use

You agree not to use Atlas to break the law, to violate the rights of others, to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, or to attempt to circumvent its security or approval controls. You are responsible for using Atlas in compliance with the terms of the third-party services you connect.

04Privacy

Your use of Atlas is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what Atlas accesses, how your data is used, and — importantly — that any screenshots or chat excerpts you include with feedback are used solely for troubleshooting and are never shared.

05Intelligence & accuracy

Atlas uses AI models and automated reasoning, which can make mistakes. Information and suggestions provided by Atlas may be incomplete or incorrect, and Atlas is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). You should use your own judgment, especially before approving actions with real-world consequences.

06Intellectual property

Atlas, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Roi Tech LLC. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of Atlas. Your own data and content remain yours.

07Disclaimer of warranties

Atlas is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that Atlas will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roi Tech LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of Atlas.

09Changes & termination

We may update these Terms as Atlas evolves; material changes will be reflected here with a revised date. We may suspend or discontinue Atlas, in whole or in part, at any time during early access. You may stop using Atlas and disconnect your accounts at any time.
